"They were so nice! We got in late and they greeted us. Im so glad they asked if we needed transportation. Smooth transition from airport to hotel! Staff was super helpful. "It was "my bad" that I left a some what not an excellent review when checked in due to an elevator not working and the hotel gave me a different roon. The manager corrected it and got me the room I booked for. EXCELLENT services. Staff was great. Everything was good. Price was very decent. I would request a revision of my check-in review. I would stay here again the next time I am in Hà Nội."
