"A great location right on the lake in Hakone. Although it looked to be fully booked we did not see other guests and it was lovely and peaceful. We stayed for 3 nights and were fortunate to see Mt Fuji for two days of our stay. The onsen in the room was amazing, we used it twice a day or more, so relaxing. "The building was old but very well furnished! Comfortable rooms, spacious. The onsen was fantastic. The guest house was understaffed, but the receptionist was kind. I would absolutely reccomend this place to stay, especially to make use of the Hakone FreePass! The Ropeway and the pirate ship were 15 minites away walking and the bus stop for the H and J lines were right outside the property."
