Hakuba Onsen Ryokan Shirouma-so

3.0 star property
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (55)
"I can not more highly recommend Shirouma So! The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel was very comfortable and perfectly situated near the bus terminal, Happo One, and restaurants. The onsen was the perfect way to finish a day on the slopes. The food was excellent and there was plenty of variety - while breakfast is set, it is different every day. I would definitely stay here again!"

Hotel La Montagne Furuhata

2.5 star property
6.6 out of 10, (21)
"We had a good stay at Furuhata, but there were a few inconveniences. The onsen was fantastic—nice and hot, perfect after a long day of skiing. Towels and kimonos were replaced daily, which was a great touch, and beds were made every two days. The price was reasonable, and the shuttle to the ski resort was convenient. However, there was no shuttle into town, bus station or train station and taxi options were nonexistent, which made getting around a bit tricky. There were only a few restaurants...

"The room was smelly and very old dormitory style, no towel change, breakfast times changed daily and WIFI was non existent in room, I left a whole week earlier than scheduled and was disgusted at the price, I was in such a hurry to get out that I left my brand new ray bans in the room (I have never owned such expensive glasses) I also nearly fell down the stairs , photos attached "

Hotel de La Neige

5.0 star property
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (140)
"I have visited this property four times since 2012. The hotel is beautifully nestled in the forest and lit up with pin lights, the rooms are lovely and spacious and come with a deep plunge bath. It is convenient to walk to the slopes, on the main shuttle service and one can walk to surrounding restaurants, bars and ski rentals. But what stands this hotel apart is the impeccable service from the amazing staff. During ski season they lay out your warm ski/boarding boots at the door, and they...
