"The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left."

"From the moment we arrived, the experience at Azul Resort was nothing short of exceptional. The resort is absolutely stunning, but what truly made the trip unforgettable was the incredible staff who went above and beyond in every way.
Carlos , was professional, friendly, and always visible around the resort, making sure everything ran smoothly. His leadership truly shows—everything was organized, welcoming, and efficient.
Terri Ann at the front desk was a delight! Her warm smile and attentive service made check-in a breeze, and she was always available to help with any questions or needs throughout our stay. She even checked in with us during the week to ensure we were enjoying ourselves.
The housekeeping team kept our room spotless and always added thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. They were prompt, respectful, and consistent every day.
The entertainers and dancers brought life and energy to the evenings. Their talent and enthusiasm created such a vibrant atmosphere that we looked forward to every show. It was fun, exciting, and added a special charm to our nights.
Lastly, the restaurant staff deserves a standing ovation. Every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and served with such genuine care. The servers were attentive, friendly, and made sure our dining experience was always top-tier.

"We loved staying at Couples Negril. The staff are wonderful! Special shout out the phenomenal dive team- Richard, Byron and Sugar (sorry if I forgot anyone.) My husband dived with them everyday and had a terrific experience. He was able to get his advanced open water certification which he was thrilled about. All of the restaurants were great, we enjoyed every meal. The beach is beautiful - calm and clear ocean was wonderful. We appreciated that they gave guests 2 reusable water bottles to refill at filtered water stations throughout the resort. The rooms could use some refreshing, but they are clean and had a nice view, though hearing the road noise was unpleasant at times. Really a minor issue because we were only in our rooms to sleep and shower. One suggestion I would make: my husband and I do not drink alcohol. While they had a lot of non alcoholic mixed drinks, it would nice if they offered non-alcoholic beer and/or wine. We enjoyed staying at Sans Sousi several years ago, but we really loved Couples Negril and will definitely be returning !!!!!"

"The staff at Princess Senses – The Mangrove are uncannily intuitive—somewhere between mind readers and very polite magicians. The rooms are elegant without being self-conscious, the kind of place where even the soap feels like it has a backstory. Facilities are so well-designed you start to question how you’ve tolerated real life for this long—yes, that is a cold custom-made cocktail appearing at the exact moment you need one. The restaurant options are impressively varied; I spent most of the trip in a state of mild panic trying to rank them, and failed gloriously. It’s less a vacation spot and more a gentle reminder that life doesn’t have to be mediocre."

"Great service from staff..Only downfall was the food at the buffets ..Please change your ingredients and flavor of all food ..Very bland no flavor ..drinks were watery..deserts were untasteful .too much of the same options ..and consider not all people eat pork and beef ..yea there was some fish ..chicken yes ..but no turkey options for burgers or breakfast .."
