Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I rent this house from Expedia and prepaid with my account three months before my trip to Havana last week, but the day I arrived, and I called the owner of the house, she said she is not renting her house due to pandemic, and she has not received any reservation nor payment for her house, so oops, we got nowhere to stay, literally at last moment, she said her daughter lives outside the country who is running her properties online, but at this very moment, her house is still in available on Expedia website, don't know what happened, but hope nobody got in my situation again.
