Not very welcoming On second day another group moved in took over the whole place loud music They simultaneously were in swimming pool tv room pool table room bar area and kitchen Never did our host provide any explanation or ask them to be respectful We had to leave early

Sono stato una settimana con la famiglia e mi sono trovato molto benne struttura ben curata e carina come si vedi nelle foto, si trova vicino al cristo della Havana e le fortezze del Morro e la Cavagna che li po' raggiunger a piede, il personale molto gentile e disponibile, grandi lavoratori, ansi penso che lavorano troppo, offrono un tratta famigliare professionale, mi ha rimasto un bel ricordo, peccato per le condizioni economiche del paese, si vedi da per tutto carenza, ho sentito una grande tristezza per il mio paese, con natura e persone stupende che approfonda nella decadenza distruzione di palazzi e case, sembra un paese in guerra, mi ha colpito che la delinquenza è aumentato cosi tanto, uno dei collaboratori della struttura è stato aggredito e accoltellato per rubargli un cellulare, io che sempre diceva a tutti che Cuba era un paese securo.

They are SCAMMERS. They charge you more for everything. The transportation is very bad, it is better to ask for a taxi (you can get it MUCH cheaper in the area where El Cristo is than with them). DO NOT exchange money with them, you are better off exchanging it on the street, as they are going to steal your money. The service is terrible, they treat you well only on the first day. The staff is HORRIBLE. If you want to enjoy Havana at night you won't be able to with them. They don't let you leave after 10 pm and they close the doors. The food is very bad, it is better to eat outside. If you want to enjoy your trip, don't stay here, I say this from experience. Son estafadores. Te cobran todo más caro. La transportación es muy mala, es mejor pedir un taxi (el área donde esta El Cristo lo puedes conseguir MUCHO más económico que con ellos). NO cambien dinero con ellos, sales mejor cambiandolo en la calle, ellos te van a robar el dinero.El servicio es pésimo, te tratan bien solo el primer día.Si quieres disfrutar de la Habana por la noche no podrás con ellos. No te dejan salir luego de las 10 pm y te cierran las puertas. La comida es muy mala, es mejor comer afuera. Si quieres disfrutad tu viaje, no te quedas aqui, lo digo por experiencia.

Accueil bien, lit supplémentaire inconfortable et avec des taches, petit déjeuner très médiocre , tarif du taxi demandé par l’hôtel exorbitants !!!! On a payé le transfert 160 euros Casablanca varadero contre 100 euros pour le retour varadero aéroport havane en prenant le taxi de l’hôtel …
