El lobby del hotel es bonito. Los empleados de recepcion son horribles. La muchacha que trabaja por el dia..blanquita ella... se la pasa en el celular y cuanod le vas a a hablar pone cara seria ..como que no quiere trabajar. Ademas, cuando fui a banarme el 2 de Julio como a las 2 PM..no habia agua. La comida es terrrble, se enfria y no hay microondas

Check in and check out was fast. Hotel is a bit dated. Location is great. Staff were friendly and courteous. Great attempt by staff to understand my terrible Spanish. If I am back in Havana, I will most likely return again to this hotel.
