"Although we had a great stay at Mitsis selection Laguna when booking this I booked a bungalow sea view , i felt I was cheated on the room rate because we ended up with a garden view / children play area , and looked nothing like what was advertised on the website . We queried this at reception which we were offered another room but to another garden view so it wasn’t worth the upheaval of our belongings but the receptionist took a contact number if an upgrade became available he would call us....

"I had a great stay at High Beach Hotel. It was the end of the season (literally - the day I left the place closed for winter). There were not many guests around, but the service was impeccable. I got a room upgrade and enjoyed a beautiful view of the sea. The food was excellent and had a great variety.
