Great location to use 'da bus' route 20 or 42 from North King street to Waikiki, and Pearl Harbour/airport route 20 from Beretania Street. 7/11 downstairs for drinks and snacks, and for weekly bus pass...about $3 a day unlimited trips on 7 day pass ! Great Chicago bar and eats 'The Nighthawk' amazingly cheap and freindly 5 min walk...Huge rooms with all amenities for extended stays...go to 5th floor and reception will give you whatever you need. Would stay again next time we go to Honolulu...much cheaper than Waikiki if you want to chill and use 'da bus' to get to the tourist spots. Great value for money...

Great property however be aware not a hotel, be sure you have check in instructions prior to arrival as the office is closed and it is NOT a hotel. Had to book another place until we were able to access room. Hard to get ahold of anyone at building and had nothing but challenges between “hotel” and Expedia. Great central location clean property otherwise.

Our stay was mid maybe a 5/10. Staff at the parking garage were supper friendly. The 7/11 store was a plus. Now for the things we didn’t like were the different elevators you had to take to get up to your room. Elevators were smelly as well as the hallways. Our room was pretty clean no complaints on that. Only thing was the last 2 days we stayed there were roaches coming out constantly. Keep in mind we stayed for a whole week. Staff from the “hotel” never let us know where to leave the keys our flight was at 6am so we ended up leaving them under the door from the office. Lastly they had given our parking space to another family. We talked to front desk no apologies what so ever. Most likely won’t be staying here again.

This is a "hotel" renting rooms in a condominium complex. The room I had was nice, functional kitchen, full sized fridge and everything you need for a longer stay. Great view of Sand Island. Living room didn't have a window, but bedroom had a lot b if natural light and huge windows. Room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Very convenient to Queen's Hospital and downtown offices. Some homeless crazies in the area, but fine during the day and seems safe in the immediate area at night. Front desk is only open during the day, so it's not a traditional hotel set-up. I'd stay here again

I had called prior to let them know that our flights were delayed and we would miss the check in time. They never sent the check box info so we were stranded and lost a night we paid for.

No one at property to check us in. Gave wrong key fob for elevator. When arrived to room the ac did not work. Had to change rooms. Again no one at property to help. Wrong key fob again. No towels for shower. No cold water. Found a roach inside room. Very unsafe area with lots of sketchy people around the property. Overall bad experience here!

Getting to and from the parking garage to get the keys and then up to the room takes 3 separate elevators which isn't clearly explained when booking. Clearer communication on how to navigate the building would go a long way. Beyond that, It's a nice place

Executive centre review
The check in and check out process was completely out of the ordinary, having to follow instructions to go up and down elevators in order to pick up keys from a lock box. And at check out, was instructed to reverse the steps when checking in and leave the keys in a lock box, and getting calls to check out when left two hours before. The sheets were not clean, and even smelled used. The two sofa beds were not stable when opened up to a flat bed
