"Very cheap London hotel, easy walk to town and station, free parking outside hotel. Clean small basic room, but worth what you pay. "

"Check-in was complicated as e-mail warning of the £50 up-front deposit and need for photo ID was sent to junk mail. Parking is advertised as included in the price, when it’s available on a first come, first served basis and there are only TWO spaces! Bed was not comfortable, only 1 pillow and that felt like resting your head on a patio slab!! On the plus side it was exceptionally cheap and I guess you get what you pay for. "

"We were moved to another hotel which house refugee's & other’s that had two 24 hr security guards. Why? So really felt unsafe. We had two gentlemen follow us in a car? Why? This should not be allowed, we should of been told & words cannot express the frighteningly terrible experience."

"The most appalling hotel we have stayed at. Absolutely disgusting. Not cleaned properly. kitchen tap sprays out towards you. No hot water. All 5 of us couldn't shower. Daughter went in warm shower for it to turn freezing. Non smoking rooms but stank of cigarettes. Nobody to contact to get the boiler issue sorted. At check out the reception guy finally showed up who said I should have phoned him. He forgot to give us the phone number!! The number on hotels.com is incorrect. When we arrived we...
