The location is a dream with tons of restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores, an open-air market across the street, right next to a metro stop, easily walkable from the Seoul train station, close to Seoul tower, Myeong-dong shopping etc. The staff was great, the room were well appointed, comfortable and quiet.
