"Our family checked in to their hotel before our cruise. It was a huge property beautifully landscaped. The rooms are a little outdated but the property as a whole is beautiful. There are dining options and I loved the convenience of having the 24hr convenience store on site. You can golf, swim, play volleyball, tennis or workout in the gym. I would definitely stay here again."

"Did not like the hounding to attend a time share presentation upon check in. The gentleman was overbearing and said because the resort has a partnership with Expedia, we were making a mistake to not attend. When I said, “ no thank you” he turned to my husband telling him that he needs to change my mind. Very uncomfortable. "

"Property was nice and cute. I read a lot of bad reviews before we went and was really worried, but we had a great experience. Our villa was cute and clean, little out dated but fine! Right on the little lake to paddleboard and what not. Tons to do on the property with kids. Reason for the 4stars is because of the staff, there was a few nice people but most were rude and very unsocialable. "We are delighted by our stay on this property, the room was comfortable, bed has good heating and air conditioning, awesome comfortable beds, Mina at the front desk was helpful - allowing us to leave our luggages so we can explore before checking in , really great location close to Universal Orlando , Wanderworld and Seaworld and the Epic Mcdo , Gustavo and Hilton are specially helpful on loading our bags on the cart when we were checked in , Sirlene, Danilo , Aura and Sofia are nice enough to say hi, will stay definitely again if we are at the area."
