I only have 4/5 because the bathroom needs a shower screen/curtain and water gets everywhere when you have a shower. But apart from that it was perfect. "I booked this property because of the laundry in room. The aesthetic is sterile and the bathroom is a glass enclosure in the room. I feel like no other review I read advised that the Seacloud and the Kolon Seacloud are actually the same building along with another hotel so the elevator situation is the same for all 3 of these properties and should guests should be made aware of that because the Kolon is on the 4th floor and the Seacloud is on the 6th. You must take the elevator up to the lobby....

The bathroom tile was covered in black mold, so the girl at the front desk told us we could change rooms the next day, but made no mention of how to do so. She saw me the next day and said because we didn't check out of our room at 11 am that we couldn't move rooms, so we ended up staying another night in the same room. Next day, she says we can change our room, but we need to pack up all of our things by 11 am...

"We booked the parlor suite which allowed 6 people to stay in it but hotel asked for us to pay for any person more than 4. They also wanted us to pay for extra blankets when requested. We paid for another room instead as the room was too small for 6 anyways. They should not be advertising that the room is big enough for 6. Other than that the room was clean and beds were comfy. Nice that they have a coin laundry room and a CU connected to it. Also close to the markets and food street. "
