"Super convenient location next to the Sakuramachi bus stop from the airport bus line. It is also a 5min walk to the red and blue line bus and shopping arcade with lots of shopping and restaurants. The staff was really helpful in arranging extra days for me to stay (since I was there during the typhoon). Stayed in the Kumamoto room which was really cute! Maybe if they gave a couple themed Kumamoto cookies it would have been perfect. Would stay again."

"Ok let's go through the negatives first. The hotel is dated, and it shows its age. The lobby, the hallway all remind you of the 80s. The washroom bath tub has unremovable stains.
