"A wonderful airport hotel. We stayed in a superior twin room in the annex. Although some fixtures were a little dated, the room was in no way shabby. In fact, we were very impressed by how well-maintained, clean and retro elegant everything was. Massive bathroom with a comfortable bath tub. The room overlooked a lovely little garden area that had an interesting light display on at night. Staff at the hotel knew what guests needed and sorted everything out at check in. They confirmed breakfast plans, let us know that check out was going to be very quick (simply a matter of dropping off our room key at a designated point), and noted the time of our airport shuttle bus transfer for the next morning. Staying at Hotel Nikko Narita took the stress out of getting to the airport on time, and we felt like we were in very safe, reliable hands. There were also plenty of friendly staff in the lobby who were only too keen to look after guests and their luggage upon arrival as well as at departure.
