The Grand by SkyCity
10/10 Excellent
"Check in was quick and easy. The room is a great size, with lots of things literally at your door step. There’s a heated pool, spa, sauna and gym. There’s lots of cafe/restaurants near the precinct that you can charge to your room. Would definitely stay again."
"Great location, easy transportation from the airport. Easy walk to the port and downtown sights. The biggest problem was they had an elevator out of order for our whole stay. Really caused a problem. And you recieved no discount for the sky tower for staying in the sky tower hotel. "
"I would stay there again. The staff were friendly and helpful. Missed a toaster, given there was a kitchen. Appreciated having a bench and sink. Didn't find a dishwasher but found dishwasher soap powder. Found a dishrack and washed dishes. A tea towel would have been helpful. Good location for airport bus.
Happy with my stay.

"Staff at reception and valet were particularly helpful and professional. We were upgraded and provided a mini bar credit which was a really nice touch. We stayed on a Saturday night and it was a little noisy but other than that the place was great and would definitely stay again. "
"My wife & I had a weekend together scoping out Auckland & stayed at ibis , it was very comfortable the staff from checkin to check out were excellent ,the room service was great & would highly recommend .
The location of ibis is excellent for those who want to experience Auckland as it's pretty central & with that you couldn't get better access to all the city has to offer."
"It's a comfortable stay. Cleanliness is good. There's a rooftop bar with a good view of the city. Only thing I didn't enjoy was having to pay for parking in addition to the hotel fee."
