"the room was clean and the hotel was vwey accessible to subway train and convenient store. staff were veey helpful and approachable. the only thing i dnt want is the bathroom tub because everyrime you open the shower the water goes all the way to the floor...but eveeythng good.."

"Hotel was confusing to find lobby since on second floor. Greeted very nice and with free amenities at check in. Gave us a corner room which was very large and all items in room were very good. Bed was a little hard and bathroom was a little small but overall room was great. "

"The room was small, but that's unsurprising in Tokyo. Everything was clean, tidy, and thankfully quiet. As a place to drop in after a long flight with little kids it was just fine. The location is amazing, so close to all Ginza has to offer."

"The Hotel Gracery is a great hotel I'd recommend anyone stay at! About a 10 minute walk from Shinjuku Station, so is very close to the train. There are also police officers on the street level, so I would not worry about anything sketchy in the area. The rooms, while a bit small, are very clean, do not let in any light (despite being so close to the large billboards) and the rooms are very quiet at night as well. The staff is very helpful, and was able to answer all our questions and is very punctual. Highly recommend!"
