"This spot was amazing, great spot, quiet, good size rooms, great bathrooms and awesome service! Little bit of a walk to the station but not too far. "

"I really loved this hotel. We enjoyed our stay here and definitely coming back again. The location is good and has a lot of dining restaurant nearby. Very clean hotel, lots of amenities and free shuttle going to Disneyland/Disneysea and going back to the hotel. Kudos to the staff, all of them are accommodating, very nice and helpful. And one more thing, OMG! The breakfast buffet is superb! Highly recommended! "
"The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a good breakfast option, and also cafes nearby. The location is 4 minutes walk from Kinshicho station and metro and so it's easy to travel from there to other parts of Tokyo. There are nearby shops, cafes and small grocery stores. The area is safe."
"Had a great stay here. The hotel's in a very quiet residential area, about 10 minutes walk from the Asasuka subways and main tourist areas. It can be quite deserted if you're walking back late, but the area is very safe.the hotel itself is very minimalist, like a converted warehouse. The hotel also functions as an art gallery of sorts, with displays from local artists in the ground and basement floors. The staff were very friendly and spoke English well.
The rooms also shared the minimalist aesthetic and were roomy in comparison to some similarly priced hotels in Tokyo.
I liked that the room provided glass pitchers to refill with filtered water (located in the communal space in the basement).
Overall a great stay and I'd recommend it if you don't mind walking a bit each day to public transit."
