"Overall for me it was a good location, close to the subway and about a 10 minute walk to the busier areas of Osaka. The rooms are compact but again for me a single traveler it was enough. The common area was really nice and a nice space just to relax after coming back from exploring and not just sitting in the room."

"The hotel is extremely nice with large rooms and vending machines in a couple floors. It's in a very rich area. There's a lot of luxury brands like Ferrari, Rolex, and Lamborghini in the immediate vicinity around the hotel. There's also a nice extension of Doutonbori a couple streets over to go shopping without walking the full 20 minutes to the heart of Doutonbori."

"It was raining when we got to the hotel, and I was immediately offered a towel to help dry off. The staff spoke English well enough to understand what I was saying without any difficulty. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and had all the amenities that we needed. Only a 10 minute walk to Sannomiya Station made seeing the town a breeze. Also Kobe beef was amazing, highly recommend it."

"The location was very convenient to shopping, dining and the waterfront. I felt like I'm never more than a few minutes of where I want to go by simply walking. Rooms are nice and staff are exceptional. On certain hours, guests can use their cafeteria for free coffee and tea. Would recommend."

"We really enjoyed our stay, the location was amazing to walk to many different places and train lines were accessible. The room was small however we knew what we were signing up for and it worked for our needs.
