"We have stayed here before it is a huge hotel but has good benefits if using the universal parks. Unfortunately the queue for check in was horrendous nearly an hour standing in line only 3 staff members on but at least 12 checkin desks could potentially have been manned. No clear instructions about check out being automatic or else would have had to stand again in long queue. But overall room is good size, clean and handy for U overall Halloween Horror nights"

"I would definitely recommend. Stayed 3 nights with my daughter and 4 year old granddaughter. Very clean, used the kitchen and washer dryer. Took a night swim, the pools are open until 11. The internal shuttles are Excellent. Prompt, friendly and extremely helpful, all our drivers were outstanding. Quick Uber to the Magic Kingdom and Disney Springs. My granddaughter loved the splash pad at the Cascade pool. We wished we had booked another night just to hang out at the resort. It is more laid back...
