I would rate it 4.5 Stars based on the amenities, pricing, and hotel quality. I took 0.5 Star out because they didn’t provide an in-room slippers. On the plus side there’s free self parking (covered), in-room safe, small size fridge (not a mini-fridge), safe, clean, and quiet. In terms of quality/luxury the property is equivalent to a 3.0-3.5 Stars Hotel like a Holiday Inn or Doubletree. Located near the 15fwy, off the strip, and within 5 miles of the strip, Chinatown, banks/Starbucks/Target store close by. A must if you want free covered self parking, quiet and safe location, and not pay inflated price on the strip. I will come back to this hotel.

Could have been a five star rating if not for the fact that I tried for an early check in. Three different people promised me a specific time and those times came and went all I got was three different apologies from those three people. We had an event to get to, so my daughter, son-in-law and I had to change clothes in the bathroom in the hotel lobby. Secondly, after my first night there, I was gone most of the day and when I returned to my room it had not been cleaned. Trash cans were full, dirty towels on the floor, bed not made.
