We are excited to share our newly remodeled home with you! The house is stylish, bright, airy, yet comfortable and clean. With over 2,200 SQFT one story, inside living space, we provide a lot of indoor / outdoor amenities such as:

•Private swimming pool (NOT HEATED)
•Private backyard with cover patio and outdoor lounging furniture
•Outdoor grass field
• yoga mats and simple gym equipment are provided
•Game room with a 12ft-long shuffleboard table
•Smart TV in each room and the living room
•Free access to Disney+, ESPN, and Hulu
•Work-from-home desk with monitor and fast speed internet
•Central AC for both cooling and heating

•Fresh liens, towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner
•Newly remodeled kitchen with brand new appliances
•Keurig coffee maker with coffee and tea pods

The house is also centrally located in the City of Las Vegas. The neighborhood itself is Private, Safe, and Family-Friendly. However, there are a plenty of supermarkets and restaurants that are only a few minutes drive away.

- Maximum overnight guests: 8
- Minimum age to rent: 21
- No events allowed
- No smoking inside allowed; guest can however smoking in the backyard
- House can comfortably host up to 8 guests. We charge additional guest fees after 6 people; $20 per guest per night for each after 6 guests

Pet Policy:
We have decided to open up our house to the lovely fur babies!! Up to 2 pets are welcome to stay. $80 each pet each trip will be charged. Please always pick up after them. Additional cleaning fees will be charged if guests fail to do so.

- THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE! Parties, events, or large unruly gatherings are NOT permitted.
- No loud music, shouting, or excess noise outside, including backyard, patio. Quiet time from 10 PM to 8 AM.
- Only up to 4 parking spaces are provided. 2 in the garage, 2 on the driveway. No street parking is permitted.
- There is an interactive doorbell with camera, a security camera facing the driveway, and a security camera facing the outdoor patio for security purpose only. Guests can view live feed of security cameras on the TV.

Great Vegas spot
Nice home in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Minutes to decent restaurants, and an easy 10 minute ride to the Strip. Owner was friendly and accomodative. Great place to stay if you want the Vegas experience but don't want to stay on the Strip.

Great place in Vegas!!
This was such a great place for our family in Las Vegas for a Thanksgiving holiday. We went for our daughter’s basketball tournament, and we were even able to bring our dog. :-) Everything felt new and clean. It had all of the amenities we needed, and we were surprised how much we enjoyed the shuffle board table! Communication was helpful and easy, and we won’t hesitate to stay here again in the future!

Perfect Las Vegas vacation home
Jia’s home is beautiful, well equipped and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The internet was fast and reliable (one person had to work a few days). The pool was refreshing in the 100 degree temps. The location was very convenient to the strip, airport and even Red Rock Canyon. Of all the places to stay in Vegas, we were very pleased with our choice! If we ever make it back we will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay in this Chinatown rental. It was very clean, and very well-stocked. Jai was easy to communicate with, polite, and helpful. The location is an easy drive or Uber to the strip, but far enough away to have less expensive restaurants nearby. We would stay here again!

Simply amazing!
Jia is the absolute best host I have EVER had the pleasure working with. From the checkin process to the responsiveness and even going above and beyond to ensure we were able to watch the Chiefs vs. Raiders game at the house ( GO CHIEFS!), everything was simply amazing. The house was immaculate and spacious for our party of 5 and the gift basket was a nice touch. My husband and nieces enjoyed the shuffle board. Some reviews commented on the house being located off a busy street but DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT let that stop you from booking this Las Vegas gem. We had no issue with regard to the house being off a busy street, in fact, it made the living location that much more convenient!! This house is close to everything…..just minutes to the strip, restaurants, shopping, you name it! We will definitely book again when the weather is warm to enjoy the pool. 5 Stars all around! Thank you again Jia! I recommend you teach classes on how to host with perfection.

Amazing owners! They took care of our every need. How could anyone ask for more?
It’s rare you find such reliable and delightful owners of a VRBO property.I’m not saying anything negative about VRBO properties, I’m saying these owners are outstanding. I sent a text to the owner to let him know the kitchen needed a few things, like kitchen towels and oven mitts. I barely finished the text and presto!!! The items were waiting for us at the front door. Now that’s caring service! He also includes a gift of honey turmeric tea. Make your reservations soon before too many potential guests find this home and especially the owners.

Overall great stay!
I would have liked to know the property sits on a busy street, because you can’t tell from the location on the map on VRBO. However, the house was beautifully remodeled and has everything you need for a nice stay. It is also very centrally located which was ideal since we were there for a baseball tournament.

The house that We stayed at was modern and clean. The house was without a doubt very clean. The beds and sofa were super comfy. The house was a 10-15 minute drive to the strip and had many restaurants a couple minutes away. I would definitely recommend this beautiful home to anyone who wants to stay near the strip.

5 Star Property!!
Jia & Herman provided the best rental experience that we have had in many years. The property was extremely clean & made us feel as we were the 1st visitors to stay in a newly renovated home. There was not a speck of dust to be found and the linens & home itself was free of any strange odors. The home was appropriately furnished and everything that we required for our stay was provided. We felt as comfortable as if we were in our own home. The location of the property is conveniently located within a short drive (or Uber ride) to the strip & many great restaurants. Jia’s communication far exceeded expectations & she provided many recommendations for food in the area based on the things that we wanted to experience while in Vegas.

Great Alternative to the Strip
We really enjoyed our stay at Jia’s place. She was very easy to communicate with with, the house was roomy and spotless with lots of thoughtful touches. Fully stocked kitchen and baths had everything we needed. Far enough away from the strip to avoid the crowds but still within easy driving distance. Beautiful pool with plenty of seating and lounging furniture. Highly recommended!

A WEEK OF RELAXATION AND REUNIONS!
What a wonderful home to call our own for a week away to reconnect! Myself and 3 friends from 3 different states gathered here to reconnect and rejuvenate. It only took us 14 years to make it happen and this home was the perfect respite away. The pool and covered back patio could not have been more perfect for our group. It was our go to area to get some sun and visit for hours. The kitchen had everything we needed as it was well stocked. The couch was cozy and gave us plenty of room to relax and watch movies and we also sat around the awesome dining table to play games as well. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels and linens available to us and it was wonderful to have a washer/dryer in the home. We loved having the garage parking and the location was easy access to everything. Plenty of shopping, places to eat and close to the strip. Jia and Hermon we so wonderfully accommodating and responsive to us. They truly cared about our experience there. We had zero issues and would love to stay here again. Hopefully much sooner than 14 years this time. Don't hesitate to rent this home. You won't regret it. 5 STARS for sure! JaNel:)

Modern vacation getaway
We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is modern, clean and centrally located. The host Jia anticipates your needs and provides ample supply of necessities. The home feels fresh and new, yet comfortable for watching a moving, enjoying coffee in the morning or resting after a long day. The bedrooms rooms are beautiful and spacious.
