~ 3 bedrooms: large master bedroom with king size bed, vanity area and full size walk-in shower.
~ 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds.
~ 1 full size sofa bed is also available (mainly for kids)
~ Hall bathroom with bathtub/shower combo
~ Living room with huge sectional and lounge at one end near the fire-place
~ Large flat-screen TV. Stereo sound bar attached
~ Fully-equipped kitchen w/granite counter tops, dishwasher & micro-wave.

A must stay!
Such a beautiful home! Mike was a great host and made us feel welcome. Close to the strip, close to restaurants, and many attractions. The pool was clean and refreshing. The house was clean and ready for us. Definitely worth booking here again. Thank you Mike!

Las Vegas in August is very hot, being able to jump into the pool and cool down was great. The pool was a great temperature, actually cool at ambient 106 F outside.

It was a great stay the only issue is the place need to be aired out and the artificial plants was dusty, we where sneezing a lot. other than that it was very nice I would stay there again.

Good location and a nice house
The house was about as we expected. We had five people and the house easily accommodated us. The pool was fabulous and well-maintained. The house was well-stocked with towels, sheets and some basic kitchen staples. We just stocked the fridge and enjoyed our week. We went in the heat of the summer, so the house will be warm. The unit has restrictions on how cool you can set the thermostat, but, honestly, if you go in the summer heat, the a/c will never be able to keep up. It just means spending more time out in the pool!

Take pictures of what might go “missing”
Clean property, with LOTS of detailed notes. Inaccurate web description of pool. Slide is no longer there, the spa didn’t work. The game room is an add on so it only has a small swap cooler which makes the room warm. Make sure to take pictures of remotes so you know what should be there when you check out.

Nice pool area and outside dining and bar area. Also liked the pool table and game room. Good location close to strip and Asian restaurants. I could see family with young kids or group of friends enjoying the house.

Great home
Our family of 7 stayed at Mike's home. We appreciated all the amenities provided. Plenty of towels, dishes, cookware, game room, and pool. Mike left very simple instructions to follow and a guide book with nice tips forndining out and tourist attractions. The home was very clean and welcoming. We plan to stay again!

Great Place.Good Location. Awesome Host.
We loved the home. Nice home that offers an outside area with pool and sitting area. Really enjoyed the game room. Kitchen is fully set up and well stocked. So check in before running to the store. Youll find a lot of things there already. The host was excellent. Great communication. One thng everyone wants when they stay away . . . a comfortable matress. They were here! You won't be disappointed. We hope to come back next time we are in town. Thanks Mike!!

This Home is absolutely amazing. truly felt at home for our entire stay. Mike has been anabsolute great host work with on any queations we may have had. The location of this home makes it ultra convient to the strip ( 8 mins) or north vegas fremont street (18 mins) its far enough out to truly relax from your daily adventures and unplug in a very queit neighborhood. definately will rent again

Perfect home for family get together
The home was very clean and provided a warm atmosphere for our needs. Plenty of room and lots of things to do such as the pool table, table tennis and a variety of games. Bonus was spa as weather a little cool this time of year, but spa is a nice touch.
