"Hotel was nice and clean! Staff came every day to make our bed and was okay with waiting until we were gone which was sometimes pretty late in the day. Transportation is easy, train is nearby at Victoria station and taxis are available right up the road. No parking though, and street parking is difficult to find. Area is very walkable to stores and restaurants. extremely safe at night, we went out looking for a store at 3am and literally no unsavory characters at all. "

"The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to Victoria station, great restaurants around, 10 -15 minutes walking distance from Buckingham palace, 15 minutes walk to the clock tower (Big Ben), 20 minutes to London eye. The hotel itself is great, the room we stayed at was clean, decent size, and we dealt with wonderful staff members. The breakfast at the hotel was also very good. The only thing that I will encourage them to improve is the lighting in the room (need brighter lights)."

"Spent a couple nights in London before dropping my son off for summer abroad. The hotel room felt like a room on a cruise ship- a king size bed for us to share. The shower/toilet combo was a frosted glass closet. Made for zero privacy while doing either business. We found ourselves taking turns sitting down in the awesome lobby while the other was occupied. Would be fine with a partner or by yourself. If traveling with your kid or a friend, might want to find elsewhere. "
