I wish the room had air conditioning and no tea/coffee in the room which would have been nice so only gave 4 stars for that. The room/hotel is fairly old but has been reno'd slightly. Free parking...slightly off site but near by, just park and take your bags in first and then park otherwise a bit of a hike. "This is a lovely place, with great staff who seem keen to make the experience as nice as possible. We got really helpful advice from the staff about places to visit and eat in the area. We were in an apartment that was spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. We really can't fault anything about the place. I hope we have the opportunity to come again."

"I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. The staff were superbly professional and polite - they showed us to our room before formally checking us in so we could get settled while they worked away, thought this was a nice touch. Free, secure underground parking for our motorcycle too. The restaurant & food was excellent and the new addition of the bar is very nice. Also the free spa was terrific! "Well done---simple, basic , not complicated and as expected. I used the location as a base by which to explore the mountains. Close to some excellent restaurants in Bormeo and elsewhere. BEAUTIFUL VIEW from the room Breakfast cosi cosi, but OK. And at the end, the owner gave me excellent advice and directions to get to my next stop--and it wasn't easy--maps and GPS don't quite do the job in that area. Well done"

"Very nice hotel with good restaurant! All was great except staff not speaking English and lack of WiFi. They say they speak English, but it is not true, so you will have to explain with fingers and hands, but it is not really a problem. For WiFi, impossible to connect or no signal even if you are located close to the router. Apart from those minuses, the place is great! Nice scenery, nature and location.
