"This property is very close to the lift but that is about it.... We got there and had a snow storm and lost power for 3 days and we were not offer an explanation, when I asked when we could expect the lights to be back they almost took offense to answer and said they had no ideia but I should be happy they had a small generator and pawer the shower and one outlet in the kitchen. I get it that you can control a snow storm but they weren't prepared at all. So we couldn't use any facilities at the...

"Location is great, across from shopping mall Tobalada, 5min walk to Costanera. 2min walk to metro. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. Parking lot free of charge. Minus for not having a spa (at least sauna), plus for gym which is open 24h. Top floor of the hotel have a swimming pool, but no heating, so in the winter you can practice Wim Hof method. Price is fair, and I would definitely stay again. "
