Disliked: Cleanliness
Lots of potential let down by the property manager we believe
Overall property fine EXCEPT let down by lack of cleanliness on ground floor and kitchen items lacking (no kettle, no tin opener, no spoons bigger than a teaspoon, no placemats or coasters, one saucepan no teatowels, no bin bags, no cloths, coffee maker filthy, the list goes on). Such a shame as lots of positives but unfortunately overshadowed by these issues and the property mangers lack of interest in solving any of these things. None were solved whilst we were there. One maintenance person came to look at a leak in the toilet, said he would be back later with the parts but never came back. Such a pity.
