- This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between june and september, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

- This home is split over three levels with no internal elevator.
- Two budgies normally live in this home. They won't be around during your stay but one cage will be left in the kitchen. Therefore, this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.
- Please note this property requires full payment for the stay prior to check-in, guests will receive a message from the property with a secure payment link after booking. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old, we will check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
