Maintained garden with patio, BBQ and fireplace. Desk, chair and high speed wifi available for home working. Equipment for younger children provided on request.
The space
Open Plan Lounge, Dining room and Kitchen

A three seater sofa and comfy Ottoman with a smart TV ready for streaming services like Netflix is available for guest use. Books for adults and children are also provided.

A fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar (kettle, toaster, electric induction hob, a fridge freezer, microwave and oven, dishwasher. A separate Utility room has a washing machine, two hoovers and other cleaning equipment. All pots, pans, kitchen utensils are available for use. Crockery and cutlery for 8 is provided, more available on request.There is plenty of storage for food. A fire extinguisher and blanket are under the sink. The house has a fire alarm on every floor and a carbon monoxide alarm on the first and second floor.

The dining table can seat 8-10 comfortably and a high chair is available on request. It also makes for a lovely workspace overlooking the garden.

Garden
The garden is on three levels with a lawned are and a large relaxing area with fixed and mobile seating. Cushions and umbrella are provided. A kettle BBQ and utensil and a chiminea are provided.

Sitting Room
A two seater double Sofabed (soft mattress) provides an extra separate sleeping space if required. There is also a comfortable desk and work chair provided. The house has high speed internet supplied.

Bedrooms
Mattresses and two pillows per person of different firmness ratings in the different rooms. Spare bedding on request.

Bedroom One
Double bed (firm mattress) and built-in wardrobe, bedside tables and lamp. Removable bed rails available on request.

Bedroom Two
Double bed (medium mattress), bedside tables, lamps, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Bedroom Three
Single bed (firm mattress), chest of drawers and lamp.

Bedroom Four
Very large room. Double bed (medium mattress), wardrobe, open shelving, bedside tables, lamps, and a single sofa bed with mattress topper (firm).

Bathroom
Separate walk in shower and bathtub. Plenty of storage for products and linen. Some toiletries are provided if required. Guest towels are also provided.

There is a separate cloakroom downstairs.
Guest access
A convenient lock box means checking in yourself at any time is easy.

Apart from the loft storage and the shed - you should have full use of the house.
Other things to note
The local area has lovely independent cafes, restaurants and pubs nearby. The lovely high-street at Forest Hill with swimming pool and gym, library, Sainsbury’s, a zero waste shop and excellent cafes.

We are surrounded by excellent parks. Well's Park is just a stone's throw away and is lovely for an evening walk. Mayow Park and Crystal Palace Park (with Dinosaurs) are just 10 minutes walk away, as are the Horniman Museum and Gardens. A little further there is the famous Dulwich Park with ponds, playground and a wonderful café. Sydenham Woods is also just a 10 minute walk away and is a fabulous ancient woodland. Here you will also find the Dulwich Wood House pub with it's fabulous outdoor beer garden and fantastic food.

Transport
Unusually for London, it also has a dedicated parking space for one car in addition to free local on street parking.

Local train stations: 7 minute walk to Forest Hill Station (London Bridge 12 mins), Sydenham Station (Victoria 35 mins). Both Forest Hill and Sydenham stations are also on the London Overground with direct links to Canada Water and then onto Stratford and many other London destinations on the Underground..
