Our arty 2-bedroom home is a gem in the heart of Notting Hill, offering tranquillity and style. The high ceilings and thoughtful decor create an inviting ambience, providing a comfortable refuge after a day of exploring. Enjoy the local experience, living like an arty Londoner.

Designed with high ceilings, the living room is adorned with bookshelves, creating a homely retreat for book lovers, two sofas, and a dining table where you can dine with loved ones.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery to cook delicious homemade meals and another dining table where you can dine with loved ones.

There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has an XL king-sized bed, while the second has a convertible sofa bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The master bedroom has an exercise machine for guests to conveniently maintain their fitness routine, while the second room has a dedicated work desk for your convenience.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Notting Hill, situated in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, is a vibrant London neighbourhood renowned for its cultural richness and iconic events like the Notting Hill Carnival. The area features the famous Portobello Road Market, known for its eclectic shops and vibrant street life.

With pastel-coloured houses, communal gardens, and a mix of dining options, including trendy cafes and upscale restaurants, Notting Hill offers a picturesque and diverse living experience. Its cinematic fame, popularized by the movie "Notting Hill," contributes to its global recognition, making it a sought-after and beloved locale.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Westbourne Park Station, is just a 6-minutes walk.

Heathrow Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
