LIVING AND DINING ROOM
With beautiful Parquet flooring, this open-plan living area is spacious, with a warming feel. There is a central harth with a fireplace in the centre of the room. On one side is a dining table and chairs. On the other side is the seating area- with two sofas and an ottoman. On the wall is a television and bookcase. The bay window looks out to the garden and provides lots of light.

GARDEN
An expansive garden, surrounded by trees. The garden includes a terrace area, a BBQ, outdoor seating and a lawn beyond- complete with children’s play equipment.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is decorated in slate grey, with a marble splash-back. It is fully equipped with all the amenities you will need during your stay- including a wine fridge.

UTILITY ROOM
There is a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

WC
There is a WC and basin, with dark walls, situated on the ground floor.

FIRST BEDROOM
Upstairs on the first floor, to a bedroom with a double bed. There is also a small, decorative fireplace and a small armchair in the corner.

MASTER BEDROOM
A spacious master bedroom, with an Emperor bed, with bedside tables either side. The bedroom also has a small fireplace and a wardrobe. The windows are adorned with white shutters.

This room also includes a dressing room and an en suite bathroom.

EN SUITE
The en suite bathroom includes two basins, a bath, a large, walk-in shower and WC.

THIRD BEDROOM
Another bedroom with a double bed, complete with quilted headboard. There is also an armchair in the corner and a wardrobe. On the ceiling, there are white beams, providing character to the space.

BATHROOM
This bathroom includes a shower, WC and basin, with marble tiling throughout.

FOURTH BEDROOM
Upstairs on the top floor, this bedroom is in the eaves of the house. It comprises a double bed, a dressing table and a wardrobe.

BATHROOM
There is a bathroom with a bath, shower attachment, basin and WC. The bath is decorated with a sea theme, which children will enjoy.

FIFTH BEDROOM
This bedroom includes a double bed and bedside tables, as well as a wardrobe and chest of drawers.

SIXTH BEDROOM
The final bedroom is perfect for children- it includes a single bed, in a racing car frame. This room also has many toys and books, as well as a wardrobe and chest-of-drawers. There is a temporary mattress which can also be used here if needed.
