No smoking pets, or parties! Please note, although this home is in a wonderfully family-friendly location, it's also opposite a school. Whilst weekends are fine, this tends to make the area a bit busier on weekdays. The home is split over a raised ground and lower ground floor, so there are a few steps between living areas. Portable fans are available to keep you cool during the summer months.
