A large house great for families with (or without) children or for larger groups who want to enjoy London whilst feeling at home. 
Situated opposite Friary park with gorgeous views on both sides and amazing sunsets out of our window.
The property offers a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of toys, fabulous outdoor space (BBQ and dining areas, stunning landscaped garden) with driveway parking for up to 3 cars. 
Piccadilly line to Heathrow airport and the Northern line is a 5 minute drive.

This house has 5 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 12 (or up to 16 guests) .
In the first bedroom, you will find a Super King bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a Super King bed.
The Summer house bedroom contains a super king bed and a double sofabed.
The fourth bedroom contains two comfortable double mattresses on the floor (perfect for families with young children).
The fifth bedroom contains a small double sofabed.
The lounge also has a memory foam double sofabed.
We have plenty more mattresses to fit your group's needs.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am.
- Events or Parties are NOT allowed
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- Quiet hours are between 23:00-7:00
- No shoes or food upstairs
- No candles
