We booked this space for Monday Sept 9-14. The Friday before I’d not received any check-in instructions, so I sent a message to the host via the app and got no response. On the day of, while on the train from Edinburgh, I attempted to contact the host again, still no response. Spent several hours on the phone with customer service who also confirmed no response. CS had to book us above a pub in Ilford for the night, and I spent the rest of the evening working with my wife in the US to find a last minute space, which resulted in a wasted day on our short trip. Fortunately a refund was provided.

Ojo! La hora del check in y check out que aparece en la web no es la que después el propietario exige. La información que comparte el propietario es confusa y ambigua. Su horario es totalmente restrictivo e inflexible, la comunicación con él, difícil. No accedió a hacer el check in ni a una hora distinta ni al día siguiente. No pudimos alojarnos y perdimos el dinero. Se negó a cancelar la reserva para que nosotros pudieramos reclamar a nuestro seguro. Nos sentimos estafados.
