.The open plan living and dining room have large glass doors that lead out to the courtyard with a bench seat for outdoor living.
The kithcen has granite counter tops and is outfitted with a dish washer as well as a washing machine.
There are 2 Bedrooms on the upper level - one with a King bed (Called a Super King Bed in the UK)and ensuite, the other with a Queen bed ( called a King bed in the UK) with the bathroom just oustside of it.
On the ground level is a small bedroom with a sofa bed.
Bus stop is a few steps away from the house and buses lead to the Underground station in Brixton, Train Station in Herne Hill . Walking distance to trains and Underground as well as supermarket. All within 15- 20 Minutes minutes walk.
