This beautifully stylish and modern four-bedroom Townhouse is superbly positioned in the heart of leafy East Dulwich- A lively and vibrant neighborhood in South East London.
In Travel Zone 2 and with good transport links to central London. Local East Dulwich and Peckham Rye Stations are just 10 minutes from the house and run regular services to London Bridge and Blackfriars where the Jubilee and Bakerloo tube lines can be picked up.
This is a perfect home away from home for up to 7 guests.
The space
An impressive four-bedroom house with a delightful courtyard area, located in East Dulwich.
On entering the property, you have a well-presented reception room. Crisp white walls and shelving units are complemented with wooden flooring. There is a comfortable sofa, two armchairs and a large coffee table in this formal reception room. This room is complete with a TV for Guest use. Within this room are wall-length, glass bi-fold doors, which fully open up to the delightful outside courtyard area to the back of the house. The courtyard offers adequate space with decking throughout, wooden fencing and a planted border. A great space for a relaxing summer day or warm evening.
Back inside the property you will find stairs down to the lower ground floor.
The spacious open plan, kitchen, dining area and second reception room area can be enjoyed in this heart of the home. The kitchen and dining room areas are well sized and very well presented with sleek worksurface space, integrated appliances and wooden flooring that runs throughout. The area is stylish and with a modern feel and includes glass ceiling areas that allow natural light in. The open plan kitchen and dining area offers room for 7 guests to comfortably dine and is perfect for a family meal together. There are also four bar stools located to the right of the kitchen work surfaces for more casual dining.
As you enter the lower ground floor, there are glass double doors that can be opened out to allow natural ventilation to this lower floor.
Back upstairs and to the first floor two bedrooms can be found. The first is the wonderful Master Bedroom, with Queen bed. This peaceful room is to the rear of the property, overlooking the courtyard. The Master bedroom enjoys an ensuite shower room with basin, WC, walk-in shower with rain shower head, heated towel rail and heated flooring. There is a fitted wardrobe with hanging rail and drawers.
Along the bright corridor, the second bedroom is located. At the front of the house this double bedroom, with double bed, is spacious and light. There are bedside tables with lamps and a clothes rail for guest belongings.
Up the next stairs is a further bedroom, with double bed. Located to the back of the house, this room is calm and quiet. In this room is a small fitted wardrobe, bedside table and a reading lamp for relaxation.
At the opposite end of the landing the forth bedroom is situated. This single bedroom offers great natural light. There is a bedside table with small lamp and a clothes rail. There is a desk and chair located in this bedroom for guests choosing to work or study.
Heading back along the landing the family bathroom can be located. This inviting room has a sleek and well presented three-piece bathroom suite, with wall-length mirrors, basin, WC and bath with a rain shower head. The room has the added benefit of a wooden bench, underfloor heating and heated towel rail.
There are two further separate WCs in the house one is located on the ground floor and the other is located on the lower ground floor.
Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay with remote self-check-in giving flexibility for arrivals. after 4pm. Our property management company, Pass the Keys®, is on hand to provide 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance before, during, or following your stay.
The house is professionally cleaned and the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. Each guest will receive one hand towel and one shower towel for the stay.
There will be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there are supermarkets on Lordship Lane, just a few minutes walk away.

Please note -Check-in time is strictly after 4pm and check-out time is strictly before 10am.
The house is within a quiet residential road and area. Please respect our house and our neighbours by keeping the noise down. No loud noise after 10pm. Strictly no parties!
No smoking/vaping or BBQs anywhere on the property, including the outside courtyard area please due to the wooden fences and paneling.
Indoor shoes/slippers only please. Please use the table mats, coasters and heat proof mats to protect our furniture and worksurfaces.
There is a high chair with strap (but no support cushion) along with a travel cot available within the property. Guests will need to bring their own travel cot bedding, including base sheet due to hygiene and safety.
For every stay longer than 14days there will be linen changes required (on the 14th day, 28th day 42nd day etc).
When leaving the property please turn off all electrical and heating appliances including the underfloor heating and towel rails. Please also make sure you close all windows and lock the doors, including the bi-folding doors out into the courtyard area. Please note there is a £100 charge for lost keys due to required lock replacement, so please be careful with them.

Strictly no parties! If there is any evidence of a party having taken place- we reserve the right to withhold guest's deposit. Children and infants must be supervised at all times, due to multiple flights of stairs within the property. No smoking in any part of the property including the external courtyard area due to wooden paneling and wooden floor decking. Thank you
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.
The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
