Enjoy a trip to London in this stylish and very centrally located Victorian garden flat. This apartment is a two-minute walk from Stockwell tube station. You are extremely well connected with access to the Victoria and Northern lines. There are plenty of delicious restaurants, eateries, markets, and enjoyable bars on your doorstep. It is only a 15-minute stroll to the River Thames where you can capture the views of Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament amongst other iconic sites.

A well-presented one-bedroom apartment set in a Victorian townhouse and within easy reach of central London. It has been furnished and decorated to a high standard. It is ideal for keen tourists who want to explore all of London's main attractions!
Enter into the stylish open-plan living-dining area perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring the city. Admire the original Victorian period features including the fireplace and large bay windows. You will find a large sofa that can double up as a sofa bed, a television to relax in front of, a dining area tucked in the corner, and a modern kitchen. You'll have use of appliances such as a fridge, washing machine, hob and oven, microwave, kettle, and toaster. A complimentary welcome pack of tea and coffee will be waiting for you on arrival.
There is one fantastic double bedroom, with plenty of cupboard space. There is also a beautiful and well-maintained garden where guests can relax and hopefully catch some sunshine.
Freshly laundered bed linen and towels are provided, as well as miniature shampoo, conditioner, and soap. All of our linen is hotel quality so you will feel nice and rested during your stay.
The bathroom consists of a WC, hand basin, and shower over the bath.
A great stay if you are in the city for work or vacation and want to be within easy reach of everything London has to offer.
The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self-check and we also offer 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay.

The property is less than a five-minute walk away from Stockwell tube station which is connected to both the Northern line and the Victoria line. Both tube lines will easily connect you to all the iconic sights and attractions of London. For example on the Victoria Line, you can reach Oxford Street in ten minutes or take the Northern line and arrive at London Bridge in ten minutes.
The property is a 15- 20 minute walk away from the River Thames. For a fantastic range of local shops, cafes, and restaurants, we recommend the vibrant area of Clapham High Street which is a 5-minute walk away, or Brixton Market which is a short bus ride away.

The Sainsbury's local is located on the same road as the apartment - Binfield Road. It is open 7 am-11 pm every day except Sundays when it is open 7 am-10 pm. There is a large local Lidl located a five-minute walk away on Clapham High Street. it is open from 7 am-10 pm every day except for Sunday when it is open from 10 am -4 pm.

A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
