The space
This beautiful and stylish apartment has been recently renovated. It is located on the lower ground floor of an impressive period property. The apartment is flooded with light and is filled with artwork, to create a relaxed, artsy vibe.
Quiet and serene, yet just a few minutes walk from bustling Richmond Riverside, with its many bars and restaurants. Grab a coffee from the local bakery, take a riverside stroll, wander around the quaint lanes filled with bookstores and boutiques or relax on Richmond Green (often seen in films and TV, such as Ted Lasso and countless others).
If you want to visit central London, then Richmond and St Margarets stations are both within walking distance, with frequent, fast trains to Stations to Waterloo. Or hop on the underground (District Line) at Richmond, for access to all parts of the capital.
The world-renowned Kew Gardens is close by, as is Hampton Court Palace. Stunning Richmond Park is the biggest of the Royal Parks and home to hundreds of deer, who wander freely.
This stylish, yet comfortable apartment will feel like a home from home. With a prime location near the riverside and a short stroll from the iconic area of Richmond.
**Living Space:**
The open-plan living room and dining area offer a modern and comfortable space to unwind. Enjoy the smart TV, log fire, and complimentary Wi-Fi. With plenty of space and a dining area that seats 4, this is a lovely place to spend an evening. There is also a comfortable double sofa bed, if you wish to use this please ensure you let us know beforehand.
**Kitchen:**
Make the most of the light-filled, fully equipped kitchen, with its high-end appliances. You have everything you need to rustle up an evening meal.
We provide a selection of teas, coffees, milk, sugar and biscuits. Use the Nespresso machine to make your morning coffee, before taking it outside to the seating area and listening to the birds.
**Bedroom 1**
With its unique decor, this arty bedroom even has a piano, which you are welcome to play. There is a double bed and plenty of storage space. Light floods in from the large window, making this room a perfect retreat.
Hotel-quality bed linens and towels are provided.
**Bedroom 2**
With its art and muted palette, this tranquil room has a cozy vibe. There is a king-size bed, plenty of wardrobe space and a dressing table.
Enjoy the hotel-quality bed linen and fluffy towels.
**Bathroom:**
The bathroom features a bathtub with a shower, toilet, and sink. It has a vintage feel, even though it is newly renovated.
We provide travel-size high-end shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
**Extras:**
For your convenience, we provide an iron and ironing board and a hairdryer.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves.
Other things to note
DURING YOUR STAY
* If you want to use the sofa bed you must request it beforehand and pay an extra £30 for a pack of linen.
* Standard check-in time is 3 pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11 am.
* Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys - please be careful with them
*The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
* The property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access.
* The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
*Mid-stay cleaning sessions/linen can be organized on request for an additional charge
*We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll.
*Please respect my lovely neighbors who have families and refrain from excessive noise or music at antisocial hours.

- Check-in time is after 15:00pm and check-out time is before 11 am.
- Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them
- Please respect the neighbors and keep the noise down. No noise after 10 pm
- When using the outdoor area, please refrain from making excessive noise and avoid using the space late at night
- Indoor shoes/slippers only, please
- Please use the table mats and coasters to protect the furniture
- When leaving the property please make sure you lock all the doors and windows
- When leaving the property please turn the thermostat down to 16 degrees
Important: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.
The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
