Nightmare Stay
It was bad start to finish. Check in was a total nightmare took almost 3 hours of random goose chase around city to get keys after given wrong location. Flat was a disgusting mess hair, stained bedding a couch we couldnt even sit on it was so gross, old food left in fridge bathroom door knob fell off, green slime on floor and on and on. They dont mention that there are 60 stairs to climb filled with garbage and dirt and complete filth to get to the flat that we had to clean before we could settle in and when I asked for a shortened stayed because I was travelling with my senior mom who struggles with the stairs they just said no they never bothered with any of our concerns it was a total nightmare.The day before check out they replaced the couch but left the old dirty broken one in the hallway with the rest of the garbage. It was nothing like described they were not accomodating and had horrible communication. This is just a glimpse of the horrid stay I could go on... Do not stay here and I do not recommend staying anywhere that Flex Living manages! communicationmanfflcouldnt even sit on it was so dirty
