A comfortable place to rest during our visit to London. It had everything we needed. The management company was very responsive to questions and happy to do anything they could to make our stay pleasant. The noise from the underground was louder than we expected but it didn't impact our experience at all as we were out exploring and did not spend much time in the flat during the day.

Cute garden apartment
Our place was much nicer than expected! It’s called a basement unit, which initially freaked us out but it had a little back patio which was cute. We had breakfast here everyday! Great location. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed my stay
Lovely apartment, upmarket decor, very comfortable bed, clean and full facilities provided. You can hear the trains go past but it's more background noise so didn't bother me. Will be staying again makes such a nice difference than staying every week in a hotel as I'm in London on business most weeks. Good entertainment setup and decent WiFi.

Pros: Location: close to London city centre, safe neighbourhood, a great cafe within 3-min walk, underground station within 2-min walk Spacious: 2 bedrooms with double beds (smaller than queen), large living room, kitchen with stove and washing machine and fridge, bathroom, back garden Facilities: working TV with lots of channels, working Wi-fi Price: really good price for such a convenient location Service: helpful contact, easy to get in, Wi-fi password under the router; lots of clean towels and other amenities (except toothbrush of coz); quite tidy and clean Cons: Noise: can hear the underground somehow, probably because it's the basement; if the people staying one storey above you are inconsiderate, then so much for a good sleep (we were woke up at 7am in the morning by people walking and laughing loudly above) Aged furnishing: you can tell the place is probably at least 10 years from its last renovation (it looked like it anyways if it isn't); the bathroom is quite difficult to take a shower in without having water sprayed all over the place; the towel heater rack is not working Basement: not much view, difficult to carry heavy luggage downstairs Overall not a bad choice but sleep quality wasn't good for me

great base for our London trip. Apt needs a bit of TLC but overall its good. No issues at all. Owner Tadas very helpful. There is a bit of street noise and noise from underground but you get used to it.

Well located, horrible condition
The flat is well located in the city, but the condition is very poor. The cleaning lady eventually showed up to remedy a few things, and promised someone else would come to fix broken stuff and the clogged sink, however that never happened. I can accept normal wear and tear, and the flat being old, but things being broken and/or dirty is not acceptable. • Key box outside front door is almost impossible to open. • Wifi was off upon arrival, no instructions to be found on how to turn on and where to find the code. • Window towards the street is splintered, but still in the frame. • We never got the TV set to work. • Several light bulbs missing in more rooms. • Handles missing or broken on two drawers. • Hook for towel next to bathroom sink is not fixed to the wall, so it falls of, when you use it. • Can't open windows in other places than one room. • Washing machine door has one broken hinge. • Nails in the kitchen floor are sticking out, so you damage your socks and feet. • Kitchen utensils, cutlery and glasses were dirty. • No salt for dishwasher. • Bathroom sink clogged. • Bathroom tap dripping. • No kitchen cloth. All in all we spent quite some time on these matters, and also had the cleaning lady coming, which was disturbing. I was explained by the office, that there wasn't time to fix these things, as the flat is continuously booked, but I do believe, that bookings will stop coming in, if they don't update those items.
