"A high quality hotel with bungalows set in impeccably manicured gardens with beautiful flowers and birdlife. Rooms were large and scrupulously clean, decor slightly plain. Staff were generally helpful and curteous, but we did have one problem in the restaurant with slow service which revealed the customer is not always seen to be right in this hotel! I read a recommendation to stick to the Costa Rican dishes, which we found to be good advice."

"Lovely rooms and very comfortable beds. Wish the hot tubs were more functional. Manager Juan went out of his way to make us comfortable after a delay in transportation.
