"We had an incredible time in Soho! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The check-in process was a bit of a pain, but once we got past that, the rest of our stay was amazing. The room was a bit small, but it had a really cool vibe about it. We did have a few issues with the room, but they were fixed super quickly. The bathroom privacy that other people have complained about wasn’t really a problem for us. It did give us some privacy, but not a huge amount. The location was perfect! It was close to the financial district, Chelsea, and the meatpacking district. There were a bunch of great restaurants within a 20-25 minute walk of the hotel. We tried the hotel rooftop for a drink and were surprised that it wasn’t too crowded. I will definitely continue to check out other Arlo Properties in New York and other cities. This experience was a great introduction to the Arlo Brand."
