"I cannot get over how amazing my experience was with this stay. Everything from the view, location, comfort! 5 stars all around. Staff was friendly and helpful, the bed and pillows were superb, and easy access to EVERY subway we needed via the oculus! We had a room with a balcony and a beautiful view of the water AND the 9/11 memorial. Sounds dramatic, but I literally almost cried when I saw the view. The ONLY thing I would say to improve is the shower head. The water pressure wasn’t strong...
