The shampoo bottle was near empty and never replenished, the body lotion bottle was empty. Luckily we had a travel shampoo bottle and lotion with us. We have stayed in this hotel before and this never happened before.

I can’t even describe the excellence that this place has. Top notch all the way. Clean, fresh, service that is unbelievable. I hope to visit again someday soon. Definitely would stay here again. The room was huge. Plush towels. Pillows were so amazing and the sheets were very high quality. Just wonderful all around.

We got the room with one bed and sofa bed. There was no extra bedding for the couch and the phone in the room wouldn’t work. Other then that the staff was nice.
