"Great stay in a disable room apart from house keeping forgot hand wash but there was shower gel and moisturiser in wet area so managed and use own anti Bac gel The Hotel couldn’t do enough for every one especially this morning when Sheffield city centre was covered in snow. "I cannot fault anything, wish water were a bit warmer, might need new renovation in the near future, rather than that I always have an excellent experience with holiday, this might be my 100 nights overall in the uk and around Europe too. The food in the uk always is an extra mile compare to the Europe one, but the facilities are slightly better in Europe. Big thanks to the holiday in staff for making such a pleasant experience. We will visit you soon in couple of months. "

"We got stuck in the car park because of snow but the staff at the hotel were really helpful. They dug us out and pushed us out of the snow. They told us the safest easy to get back onto the motorway. We enjoyed our stay and used the gym and ate in the restaurant . All was very good. "

"Very good location , looking a little tired now. Breakfast was very poor , the sausages had bits of gristle in which was a right out off. Overall breakfast is a 3/10. Parking virtually next door , although no discount offered by the hotel, so it was a little on the pricey side. Location 10/10 overall 6/10 (£156 for the night for one person - Dec 2024) "
