"Management were friendly and nothing was an issue. Although the rooms are a little dated the bed and shower did the job. Definitely recommend the poolside. Was clean and would definitely return."

"We loved our mini break here. Travelled with kids 9 and under in school holidays. Staff were so friendly and helpful, room was gorgeous and resort Reno’s have come up looking lovely. We have visited cairns often over the last decade, living 2 hours south and still maintain Novotel Oasis has the best pool in cairns and is so well situated for access to restaurants and esplanade attractions. Small thing I know, but thought the chilled water box in the lobby was a lovely touch. Saved us a stack on cold water and wasted plastic. Highly recommend. "
