Had some minor maintenance issues that were dealt with in a timely manner even considering the area had just been through cyclone jasper. House is old and definitely needs some tlc but for its age it served its purpose. Could definitely suggest a second fridge even downstairs for beverages. We went through a lot of ice, and some days couldnt get any local.due to being sold out, but it was over the xmas period...

"This property was excellent - it enabled a wonderful family vacatoin in Cairns for our family from Canada. Having a home base to do all our excursions from was amazing. I would recommend renting a car with this home as it is 15 mins away from Cairns, and there are not many Ubers etc that service this area - so you may have to wait a bit to catch a ride.
