"Good size rooms, spacious and clean. Beds very comfy! Check in good. Check out - ok. Initially said everything was settled but later rang us to say there was still a charge so had to settle. "

"This was our fourth stay. It did not disappoint and we will choose it in our next trip to Liverpool. One recommendation is to not have such a strong smelling air freshener scent throughout the facility, especially the lobby and the rest of the ground floor. It triggered a migraine"

"Fabulous hotel. The rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. It was very quiet so we all slept well. It is,in easy walking distance for Albert Dock and numerous restaurants and cafes. The Palm Court bar area is stunningand the cocktails are superb. The hotel obviously focuses on Customer Service as every member of staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!"
