"My 2nd trip to Yokohama and chose the Yokohama Bay Hotel this time. Wonderful choice! The staff was extremely helpful and many spoke English. The location was ideal within Yokohama. The rooms were modern and spacious with great views. For those that havent visited, the levels beneath tge hotel and streets are me mega malls with stores and restaurants and easy to follow directions to subways. There is also easy bus transport from the hotel to the airports. Next time I'm in Yokohama I will stay...

"I had stayed there several times in the past and it is a very nice hotel, conveniently located next to the convention center. The room we had was ok, but not as great as you'd expect from this hotel. Breakfast is really great! The gym is only open from 8am to 9pm so it was useless for us (I'd go early in the morning or later in the evening)."

"The property is showing its age but is well-maintained. It is close to a lot of tourist attractions and within walking distance to the train station. The view from the room was incredible. There is a 7-11 at the bottom of the building and plenty of restaurants around. The hotel breakfast was good but make sure to be there early since they close the kitchen at 930AM. "

"Short distance from the Yokohama Station. Walking time about 8-10 min with luggage. A lot of shops and 24h food stores around. Nice little small room. Just nice for one person. Available public bath in basement floor. Room service and cleaning only on request. Stayed only 2 days, so no need. Will hope to choose this place again in future if I return to Yokohama."
