"Overall, excellent vacation. It was me, my wife, our 18yr old and 21yr old. They said it was a great vacation, always something to do from games, to cinema movies, nightclub, lazy river, etc.. The resort is large and beautiful. The pools were great but get there early in the morning to reserve chairs. The daily entertainment by the adult pool can be improved to be more "adult centric" and the music can be improved by allowing requests so its not the same type of music that some people may not enjoy... keep it diverse. A few areas of improvement; how can the pool bar run out of Captain Morgan when its at other bars in the resort? You need to ensure its stocked for your customers. The other is the drinks, some bars do a good margarita and expresso martini (adult checkin bar) and others are terrible at making drinks (martini bar). The restaurants were great. The sunset strip steakhouse, gusto italian and asian were our favorites. The bartenders and adult scene pool workers were all excellent at helping us enjoy our stay.
The star of our week was our Expedia rep, Mauricio. He helped us book restaurants during the week, get some issues fixed and was our go-to person. He deserves a raise!! You dont need star class when you have Mauricio! We were treated like VIPS!!!"

"We had a truly enjoyable stay at the resort. The property is beautifully maintained, with lush grounds and a clean, relaxing atmosphere throughout. One of the highlights was the service—everyone was friendly and accommodating, but Eric at La Dunas Beach House stood out as the best server we encountered. He was attentive, professional, and made every meal feel special.
The rooms were cleaned twice a day, which was a nice touch and really kept things feeling fresh and comfortable. We also appreciated the no-reservations dining concept in theory—it encourages flexibility—but in practice, it meant long wait times. On more than one occasion, we waited an hour or more to be seated, which was frustrating when we were just ready to eat.
Overall, a great experience with just a small hiccup around the dining logistics."

"From reception to check out the level of attention and friendliness, you are always greeted with a smile, makes you realize their goal is to make your stay a memorable one. Fortunately for me and thanks to the wonderful people working at this wonderful resort it certainly was just that, for both myself and my family. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are comfortable, clean and have beautiful views. The food was amazing with many options.
I would especially like thank Gisela from reception for her hospitality and wonderful smile and willingness to make sure I was taken care of. I would especially like to thank Bernardo, concierge for building 6, Angel, Elias, and Michael concierges for the preferred pool for making my special day so incredible. Your efforts were greatly appreciated by myself and my family. Your willingness to go above and beyond was very special for me and my family.
I would also like to thank Martin and Martin R waiters at the preferred pool for their service, hospitality and constant attention to the needs of my family. You definitely allowed us to relax.
Every morning we had breakfast at the Market Cafe and the food and service was delicious and excellent. I would like to thank Christian and Fernando for their pleasant conversation and attention to our needs. "
